In 2014, William Inglis & Son Ltd acquired a stake in Ardex Technology, recognising the value of partnering with Australia's leading equine technology provider. By 2018, Inglis had acquired full ownership, further solidifying Ardex’s position as a driving force in the industry.

Today, Ardex operates independently, delivering comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective software solutions tailored to equine businesses. We serve every participant in the thoroughbred ecosystem, from trainers and breeders to auctioneers and veterinarians.
