Ardex Technology was founded in 1998 by Scott Miers and Bruce Baker, who met while studying Computer Science at the University of Technology, Sydney. Driven by their passion for technology and the sport of kings, they set out to transform the thoroughbred industry with cutting-edge digital solutions.
From day one, Ardex worked closely with industry professionals to develop software that truly meets their needs. This commitment to powering the people behind the performance remains at the heart of everything we do.
In 2014, William Inglis & Son Ltd acquired a stake in Ardex Technology, recognising the value of partnering with Australia's leading equine technology provider. By 2018, Inglis had acquired full ownership, further solidifying Ardex’s position as a driving force in the industry.
Today, Ardex operates independently, delivering comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective software solutions tailored to equine businesses. We serve every participant in the thoroughbred ecosystem, from trainers and breeders to auctioneers and veterinarians.
With a strong focus on expert training and support, we ensure our clients get the most out of our software. Based in Sydney, Ardex Technology proudly serves customers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, the USA, Qatar, South Africa, and Singapore—helping industry leaders manage their operations with confidence and ease.
